One hundred and thirteen, unlucky for some, but good for us today. It’s been busy and relaxed, which is a strange combination but that is how it panned out.
We were up early to move Sarah into her new house. I’m pleased to say I think she will settle here because it’s a really lovely property and she’s close to local amenities and us, the only down side is Mylo isn’t with her. Here she is being clever and putting some drawers together. (I have zero skills in this area, but Sarah knows what she’s doing).
Once she was moved in we all went over to see Luke’s mum, Dawn, as it’s our joint day off together. We had a lovely catch-up and sat in the garden with her.
Dawn has knitted us the most beautiful blanket and it’s so snuggly and warm! A very big thank you to her. How beautiful is this cricket pattern?
This evening Luke and I enjoyed a meal from Little Tokyo (our favourite Japanese place in Leeds). We feasted on gyoza, yaki tori and Bento boxes. Yum. I’ve reviewed them before here; https://beckyelvinamennell.com/2017/03/08/little-tokyo-leeds-restaurant-review/
Now we’re cuddled up on the sofa ready to watch Notting Hill. Days of spent with important people are the best. ❤️
